This is a daily question asked by patients who attend   Bristol Physiotherapy Clinic and The Running School . Why Can't Children Run Anymore ?

There is a natural assumption that children have innate ability to run. Unfortunately modern day living, with a bias to sedentary activity rather than active play means the young immature  motor system and the muscles responding to it ,become inefficient and imbalanced.
